Rental Criteria

All adults (18 years or older) must complete an application to rent.  We require bank statements for the past 2 months and a current utility bill with each application.  

All data and references provided on the application must be verifiable and all applicants must have good previous rental history.    

Applicants must make 2.5 times the amount of rent.  Two most recent pay stubs are required. Self-Employed applicants can provide previous year's tax return.   

 Credit and background checks are processed on each applicant. Contact our leasing office for additional details.
